The company Rafiserv Petrobrazi in Brazi (Sud region, Prahova county) cut 100 jobs in January 2006.

Rafiserv Petrobrazi is a service provider for oil processing factories, including execution, assembly, maintenance and repairs of electrical, mechanical and automation equipment and installations, as well as civil and industrial constructions.

Rafiserv Petrobrazi was established at the start of 2003 as a result of outsourcing the maintenance and repairs services of Petrobrazi refinery formerly part of the Petrom structure (the largest oil and gas company in Romania). Since the establishment of Rafiserv Petrobrazi, Petrom has remained the major beneficiary of its services (over 95%).
