European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Phoenix Reederei, a German ship-owner which opened its subsidiary in Szczecin (Zachodniopomorskie) wants to hire 500 people by 2007. Gerard Zieliński, company's proxy stated that in the fourth quarter of 2005 the company will open a ship servicing plant. 50 people will be hired there. Additionally, Phoenix - the owner of 18 small and medium container ships, will hire 500 Polish mariners.
