European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
GTS Energis, which was founded in October 2005 when GTS bought 97.5% of Energis Polska, is finalizing its consolidation. 'Till spring we will be focusing on integration and changes inside the company. Then, we will be ready for further acquisitions, Tomasz Galas, GTS Energis deputy CEO said. The process should be ended in the first half of 2006. GTS Energis is to spend PLN 7.7 million for the merger, mainly for severance payments. Up to 100 jobs are expected to go in the process.
