European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 6 February 2006 the computer and printer giant Hewlett-Packard (HP) started negotiations with the whole personnel in order to cut 200 jobs. The restructuring will be carried out due to the changes in the markets and hardening competition.
