Description

A major port expansion at Felixstowe is to bring with it 600 jobs. The freight container port has won approval for a scheme to develop a former roll-on roll-off ferry berth and expand capacity by about 25%. The development will create 600 jobs at Felixstowe in Suffolk and has been approved by county council planners. Permission was given for deep water berths at a former P&O ferry terminal.
