European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Correct, a mattress producer in partnership with furniture producer Com.40, is planning to build a €40 million production facility and logistics centre in the Łódź Special Economic Zone. 'The company will produce mattresses, while Com.40 will resign from this activity. We envisage a production capacity of 1 million pieces annually'. Correct will also provide logistics services to Com.40 and entities linked with the company. About 90% of Correct's output will be exported. The investment is scheduled to begin in February 2006.
