European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Carpetright, an English carpet producer, decided to enter the Polish market. The company plans to open two stores, in Warsaw and Gdańsk, in the first half of 2006, and another two by the end of the year. Over the next three years the Polish network will expand by another 20 outlets and ultimately run 40.
