European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The company Iberia, specialised in passengers transport has presented a job reduction plan concerning 500 redundancies. The measure its due to an increase of its on-line sales and a decrease in other retail areas. The Company is to restructure its Commercial Division in order to reduce operation costs.
