European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 11 January 2006, the manufacturer of windows Fenestra issued a restructuring programme in order to move production to another location in Finland. The restructuring will also mean job losses. The company says it will make 190 employees redundant in the next two years time.
