European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
GDX Automotive, the manufacturer of automotive parts, settled in Haute-Normandie, will cut 190 jobs out of 335. The company losses amounted to €3.5 million in 2004. A lack of price competitivity was evoked by the company as a reason for the restructuring.
