European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Management of Rossignol announced on 16 November 2005 the suppression of about one hundred jobs. Quicksilver bought recently Rossignol and decided to reorganize its new subsidiary. The decision concerns the three sites of Nevers, Sallanches and Voiron. Administrative positions are concerned by the measures.
