European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sema, a beverages manufacturer, announced its bankruptcy in the beginning of December 2005. According to the company administrator, the debt of the company amounted to 12 million LTL. 119 workers will be dismissed following the bankruptcy.
