Description

Japanese electronic producer Matsushita Electric Industrial is to stop its current-generation mobile phone production and to release over 1,000 employees worldwide. The company restructuring plan involves the closing of manufacturing plants in the Czech Republic, in the Philipines and a development centre in the United States.
