European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Munich-based software-producer and IT-consultant sd&m has announced expansion plans entailing the hiring of 300 additional software engineers, IT-advisers and project managers. sd&m belongs to Cap Gemini, a technology consulting company.
