European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 27 November 2005 the manufacturer of yachts and pleasure sailing boats, Nautor, started codetermination negotiations with the employees in order to cut 60 jobs. The restructuring measures are carried out due to improvement of efficiency and profitability.
