Description
On 21 November 2005 the manufacturer of tyres Nokian Tyres started codetermination negotations with the personnel in order to make 100 employees redundant and put the whole personnel of the Nokia unit off work for four weeks. According to management, the restructuring is carried out due to the high production costs and a working time shorter than competitor's.
