European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Swedish based telecommunication company Telia will merge its Danish stationary and mobile telephony divisions into one under the name Telia Denmark, situated in Copenhagen. The restructuring will make 110 employees redundant. The timeline of the planned reductions was not yet specified.
