Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German company Haba-Beton will build a factory producing concrete and reinforced concrete pipes, wells and special constructions. Haba-Beton will invest several millions and will create 120 jobs. The construction will start in spring 2006. Production will begin in autumn 2006 and by April 2007, the factory should be using its full capacity. Haba-beton plans to hire local subcontractors. The factory will use trucks from local companies.
