Description
On 27 August 2005 the forest products company Stora Enso, started codetermination negotations in its Honkalahti sawmill in Joutseno. The company has planned to cut 55 jobs of the present 260 due to profitability problems. The aim is to reduce the work force by ending the fixed-term contracts and through early retirement arrangements.
