Description
The Slovak developer group IPEC (67% shares) and the Austrian UBM Realitätenentwicklung (33% shares) established a common business under the name Senec Real. Senec Real will build a logistic and commercial centre, Senec Cargo Centre, which will be the biggest one in the country. Apart from providing distribution and logistic services, the company also plans to build a Senec Shopping Village, as well as offices and flats. A €250 million investment will be realised by the end of 2006, creating 2000 jobs. This new centre is on the highway network nearby the capital Bratislava.
