European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 21 September 2005, the furniture manufacturer Incap Furniture Ltd started negotiations with the personnel in order to cut 70 jobs. The company is adapting to competition from Poland, Romania and China and is preparing to reduce the overproduction in the sector.
