European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 14 September 2005 the mobile phone giant Nokia, informed that it will hire 200 employees to its Salo unit. The company says that it is preparing for the increased demand of the mobile phones due to the Christmas sales. The jobs will be on fixed term basis until the end of this year.
