Description
On 14 September 2005 the producer of beer and beverages Hartwall, started codetermination negotiations with the personnel in order to cut 110 jobs. The main focus of the restructuring will be the improvement of the efficiency in production. The company is being hit hard by price competition, changing domestic markets and increasing imports.
On 8 November 2005 the company informed of the closed codetermination round. As a result 85 employees will be made redundant.
