Description
The engineering group Finnveden will move the production of labour-intensive products from its unit in Hallstahammar (Sweden) to its plant in Poland. Some 125 out of 260 employees have been served with notice of termination of employment. Both production personnel and administrative staff at the production unit in Hallstahammar will be affected by the plan, which has been decided as result of the downward pressure on prices and the stiffening competition on the automotive industry.
