European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 29 August 2005 the producer of electrical equipment Sanmina-SCI, announced it is to cut 100 jobs from its current workforce of 800 employees due to weakening demand.
On 19 October 2005, Sanmina announced it will make 67 employees redundant as a result of the ended codetermination negotiation round.
