Description
On 9 August 2005 the producer of copper, Outokumpu Poricopper started cooperation negotiations in order to cut 175 jobs. The dismissals are carried out due to an increase of the raw copper prices and the weakening demand.
On 20 September 2005 the company informed of the ended codetermination negotiations. As an result of the process 168 employees will be made redundant.
