European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The restructuring plan put forward in the interim report January-June 2005 is expected to result in a reduction of approximately 3,000 employees and to reduce annual costs by SEK 4 to 5 billion (€416—520 million) by 2008. Costs for this restructuring may amount to SEK 5 billion (€520 million).
