European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Suruga Seiki is the first Japanese investment to take place in the Pomorska Special Economic Zone. The company produces precise appliances for automatic production lines. Suruga Seiki produces also appliances for car injection systems and precise tools. Suruga Seiki will commence the construction of the factory in April 2006 and the commercial activity will begin by 2007. The land purchased by Suruga Seiki, which covers the area of 2.1 hectares, is located in the proximity of the Lech Wałęsa Airport.
