Description
American Stream International will open a call center in Szczecin in October 2005. Initial employment will amount to 100 people, however it could increase to even 400 people in the long run. Workers, whose recruitment process already started a few months ago, are currently trained in Stream's facility in Berlin.In a second phase, they will also be trained in Szczecin.
Stream International, specialises in providing the best quality outsourcing technical support to global players in the ICT sector. The centre in Szczecin will provide its services to German speaking customers of Hewlett Packard.
