European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vogt electronic, a producer of electronic components, has filed for insolvency after experiencing a 50% drop in its turnover. The company lost a major client. Vogt electronic's mother company will not take over the incurred losses. It is unlikely that the company can be saved.
