Description

After failing to remain a supplier for the Ikea corporation, Tomos is to lose a third of its yearly revenues and a third of the company's current employers will be left jobless. The management envisions the company's future in returning to its core economic activity, productions of motorcycles and parts for leading corporations in the field. Out of 155 redundant workers 32 are 'protected employees' (handicapped, older workers), 19 workers will be retrained and 10 will be relocated within the company.
