Description

SLK Elektro, a Slovak company, produces switchboards and operating consoles for maritime and industrial clients. The company, employing 95 people, sells about a third of its products in Slovakia and exports the rest to foreign markets, especially Germany.

A new factory to be built in Komárno will employ around 300 people.

The establishment of the new plant will cost around SKK 150 million and will be financed by German FEAG Company. The new factory's operations will start as of 2006, according to Peter Skala from SLK Elektro.
