European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Vandemoortele is to invest € 90 million in the extension of its production capacity. The Belgian company will increase its workforce by 8% in 2005. Vandemoortele, market leader in soya-related products and frozen bread, is expecting some 8% turnover growth.
