European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new department for electrically welded tubes and galvanized sheet iron will give work to 180 persons at Prezis Inter Holding. The new modern equipment is expected to produce high quality production. The €4 million investment will help develop four new production lines. Since 2001, more than €10 million were invested in the expansion of the company. Prezis was founded in the 1990s and now half of the production is exported in Romania, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany and Austria. The holding recently got its first contract with the UK amounting £2 million.
