European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 7 June 2005, the meat producer company Järvi-Suomen Portti, announced the beginning of cooperation negotiations with the whole personnel in order to cut 75 jobs of the current 550. The negotiations will be finished during June 2005.
On 28 June 2005, the company informed of ended cooperation negotiations. As an result of the round 70 employees will be made redundant.
