Description

Colgate-Palmolive will close the factory in Halinowo. 340 people will be dismissed. The losses are part of a worldwide restructuring programme announced by Colgate in December 2004.

At the time, Colgate said it would cut 12% of its global workforce -- about 4,400 jobs -- and close one-third of its factories over four years.
