European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Electrolux will invest €40 million in the Świdnica subzone of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone. The government has decided to expand the Świdnica subzone by 30 hectares from the present 17.5 hectares. The new Electrolux plant, to be built in the area newly attached to the subzone, will provide employment to at least 400 people. This is the third Electrolux investment in Poland.
