European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 18 May 2005 Sogerma, an EADS's subsidiary, announced a redundancy programme. The restructuring concerns 300 jobs at the Mérignac and Rochefort sites. The job reduction is due to the loss of a customer and to the competition of Eastern countries.
