Description
PSA Peugeot Citroën factory in Rennes, specialised in the assembling of vehicles, had already created 1,070 jobs in 2004 and will now create 250 other new jobs, as announced in May 2005. The factory employs 10,500 employees and wants to produce 400,000 vehicles per year instead of 291,000 in 2004. The planned job creation consists mainly in the transformation of fixed-term contracts and temporary posts into permanent contracts.
