Description
The Buw Holding was founded in Osnabrück in 1993 as a classic call centre provider. Today Buw is one of the largest customer-care outsourcing companies in Germany. The company employs more than 1500 people in four cities in Germany. The new call centre established in Pécs, Hungary starts working with 30-40 employees. The company undertook to employ 200 people until the end of 2005. This is the first investment of Buw in Hungary, but the company plans to establish further call centres in the country.
