Description
AGC Automotive Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Asahi Glass is to start building a new automotive plant at the Tatabánya industrial park in Hungary. The new plant is dedicated to automotive safety glazing production. Production is planned to start in autumn 2005, the new plant will hire 200 people. In December 2004, AGC automotive had announced a restructuring of its Belgian plant with the loss of 250 jobs.
