Description
French bank Société Générale has bought Polish Euro Bank, which operates from September 2003. The bank will be managed by the same team and will keep the same name and strategy. Société Générale announced that it will invest circa PLN 100 million in Euro Bank. It plans to open at least 40 new departments in 2005, widen the network of distribution, and begin franchising and licensing.
