SAPS, a subsidiary of Schefenacker, automotive equipment manufacturer, has agreed upon re-employing at least 60% of workers when buying the infrastructure of a bankrupt textile company Tekstilna Tovarna Prebold earlier this spring. Production will start by end of June 2005 with the new owner initially having 120 workers on the payroll.
