European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Manpower will cut 128 jobs in Sweden as its contract with the telecom operator Telia on the outsourcing of customer services will not be extended. Telia has decided to operate its customer service division itself and to stop outsourcing customer services to Manpower. Three contact centres will be affected by this decision : Kristianstad (44 jobs), Härnösand (32 jobs), Halmstad (52 jobs).
