Description

TRW Automotive a Lancashire company, which manufactures switches and wiring for MG Rover announced 47 job losses. TRW has 297 employees at the company's Burnley site in Lancashire. Amicus Regional Officer, Jack Brassington said: ‘We are in consultation with the company and are taking every step to ensure that job losses are kept to a minimum. This is another nail in the coffin for UK manufacturing.'
