Description

Volkswagen Poznań will cut 120 jobs, out of 1,000 working in its foundry in Poznań (Wielkopolskie). The company declared facing difficulties concerning further investments in the town, caused by the lack of local zoning plan. It has been announced that next, 500 people might loose their jobs, as Volkswagen is to move part of its Transporter T5 production to Germany. On June 2005 the company confirmed that 500 people will loose their jobs in 2006.
