Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations (CDC) announced on 31 January 2005 that about 100 jobs would be created in 2005. The management also announced that 180 jobs would be created by 2008. This is possible thanks to the acquisition of the C3D holding, internal reorganizations and the integration of personnel from financial subsidiaries.
