European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Information and communications technology company Getronics plans to cut 300 jobs in the Netherlands after a possible merger with local sector company PinkRoccade, Getronics said on January 11, 2005. The announced restructuring by Getronics does not include the already announced restructuring of some 200 full-time jobs by PinkRoccade. The reduction of the number of employees as a result of a possible merger will be equally shared between Getronics and PinkRoccade.
