Description

Dutch holiday village operator Center Parcs Europe NV will cut 135 jobs in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, the company said on 25 February 2005. Seventy-five of the job cuts will be in the Netherlands. The job cuts will affect mainly the human resources (HR) and finance departments. Currently, all holiday villages of Center Parcs Europe have their own financial staff and accountants. After the reorganisation is completed, the villages will have one central department for these services, which will be located near the holiday village De Kempervennen in Valkenswaard, southern Netherlands. Center Parcs Nederland has almost 5,000 employees.
