European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In January 2005, Tecnip Offshore Finland started cooperation talks with the personnel in order to find cost savings to meet the declining demand of oil riffs.
On 25 February 2005, the company informed it will lay off all the employees for a fixed term. The employment effect will start on 14 March 2005.
